3M products at a reasonable priceHad four (4) doors of a small SUV done for $200 with a mid-grade 3M film. Job was completed in less than two (2) hours while I waited in their comfortable, WiFi equipped lounge. I plan to get the 3M crystalline product that is legal for windshields next time.

This review is a long time coming. First of all, I would like to thank Rob and his team for their excellent customer service. I had them put the 3M Pro Paint protection film and 3M Crystalline window tinting done on my a year old new car. I would like to mention that this work was done after removing an already existing 3M paint protection film and 3M window tinting which was a result of a bad installation by a so called Authorized 3M dealer in south Charlotte. With help from 3M, Rob went above and beyond to fix the issue. He removed the already existing paint protection film/window tinting meticulously without causing any damage and installed them beyond my expectations. I would recommend Charlotte Glass tinting to everybody for a reliable service at a reasonable price. keep up the good work and kudos!!!

I had my new truck wrapped with 3m pro paint protection and my windows tinted. Scarlett was very helpful with my quote and Rob made sure the job was done perfectly! I am pick and hard to please. They did an excellent job! They took good care of me and my new truck. Many thanks to Scarlett and Rob!

I got my Mazda6 tinted at Charlotte Glass Tinting and I'm very happy with the results. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job. After waiting a week for the film to cure and cleaning the inside of the windows I took a close look at everything and found 2 very small air bubbles in the entire car (I had all windows tinted plus the strip across the top of the windshield). I've not noticed any specs of dust. I'm sure if I went through it with a magnifying glass I could find more blemishes, but, all things considered, that's about as good a job as I could have hoped for. It's nearly impossible to get a 100% blemish-free application. There was also no damage to my car whatsoever (as an owner of a brand new car, I get super nervous about finding even the tiniest cuts or scratches anywhere). I would not hesitate to get any more tinting at Charlotte Glass Tinting or recommending them to anyone.

I scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted on my Mini Cooper. I left my car and when we came back, my husband liked it so much he got the windows of his Maxima tinted. They worked him in! Beautiful job on both! They even threw in a decal that my husband liked as a surprise!! If I ever need work like this again we will be back. Great people!

I had a phenomenal experience at Charlotte Glass Tinting! Very knowledgeable conversation regarding what was needed on my vehicle, and the quality of the install was great! Very quick turnaround while I waited for my car. I have, and will continue to recommend them for everyone's window tinting needs in the region.

I spoke with and visited several shops and found Scarlet and the Charlotte Glass Tinting team to be the most responsive, friendly and honest among installers I visited. They also had a clean, comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks. Really happy with my experience.

Installed privacy film at my house. Jordan was fanatic to work with. Installers came on time and even gave notice they were on they way. Great product selection and even better customer service! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for tint

Reply to Michelle - Again, if I could give ZERO star, I would. Your team simply didn't bother to check the messages. Jordan even confirmed it was received on Tuesday but she just didn't bother to check until I called in. I see your practice is to ALWAYS make excuses. A simply apology would have been sufficient.Used Angie's List to search for providers and Charlotte Glass Tinting reached out on Monday at 4pm to offer two times to stop by for an estimate. I replied back very early Tuesday morning (before office hours) to accept one of the times. Jordan didn't bother to check the message until I called to check on where they were since they hadn't shown up. She blamed me for the estimate not being scheduled instead of apologizing for not checking and booking the appointment. When someone offers a time and you reply back that it works for your schedule, you expect them to book it. Jordan was very rude and unprofessional on the phone and laughed when I told her I would just contact another provider. I would give ZERO stars if it were offered.

Took my car there on Thursday morning without an appointment and they happily worked me in. The tinting job was excellent and I opted for the 3M Crystalline film after doing much research before arriving. They do have several pricing options and tint shades. Wayne did a terrific job and was very thorough, I will take all my cars there. Some cars do take longer than others but they had free wifi (so I got some work done) and 2 nice TVs and leather couches/chairs. Not much within walking distance to do while you wait so enjoy the TV or plan on dropping your car off for a couple hours. Great product, great service and very good prices! Thanks!!!
